I joined what was then Dunstable College in 1995 and am a lecturer there and a member of the Academic Board.

Central Bedfordshire College is a friendly Further Education college where I teach mainly National Diploma students on two-year courses in IT. This certainly keeps me up-to-date in terms of students' views and attitudes and I am forever trying to find simpler ways to manage all the paperwork!

It's a long trek down the A5 from where I live and I am gradually reducing my contract hours there to allow more time to work with other institutions in a consultant capacity. I've learned a lot there and made some good friends amongst the staff and a few very talented students who can now help me with some of the more really difficult private clients' requests!
